BurdaDruck is committed to the Bavarian Environment and Climate Pact
BurdaDruck and its Nuremberg site are participating in the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact. In doing so, we are voluntarily committing ourselves for an initial period of three years to working together with the Bavarian state government and its partners to promote environmental and climate protection in companies and businesses.
Already 1,572 companies and businesses are involved in the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact, such as BMW, Munich Airport, Deutsche Bahn, Bayernwerk, Nestlé, Kaut Bullinger, Sky and many more.
With our participation, we would like to set an example and also develop and implement environmental protection measures within the framework of the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact that go beyond what is required by law. We also present our ideas and their implementation on our website so that other companies can benefit from them and ideally we can encourage them to follow suit. We ourselves can also learn from the experiences and ideas of other companies and receive food for thought for our printing plants.
Heiko Engelhardt, Managing Director BurdaDruck:
„Our commitment to the Bavarian Environmental and Climate Pact is another sign of our credible and sustainable commitment to environmental protection. Together with other companies, we are committed to promoting resource-conserving and environmentally conscious business practices and to demonstrating: Yes, environmental protection and industry are compatible!“
